Writing on doors has always been a challenge to me. Why? Because I generally write about history, culture, food, destinations and shopping. Thursday Doors is a different topic altogether. Also, connecting doors with my travel theme is a bit tricky, therefore I kind of enjoy this challenge.

Previously I covered my college, the Elphinstone College that is among the oldest colleges in Mumbai (then Bombay). This time let me take you on a short trip to visit one of the prominent newspapers in India: Mumbai Samachar.

Thursday Doors has been on my mind ever since I started reading No Facilities blog by my friend and mentor Dan Antion.
