There are people I know who would do the same, they prefer to stay indoors. However, heading outdoors in misty and rainy weather is an experience in itself. I think it also comes to us naturally because we go through some scorching summer months and winter is almost absent in Mumbai, so this is the only time of the year when the weather is cool and pleasant so why not make full use of it.
